Many people know me by my professional titles, my military rank, or my corporate roles. But I created this dedicated page for a much deeper, personal reason. It is a digital time capsule—a place to document my journey, share my pictures, and highlight the one title that means the most to me.
What Was I? A Career of Service and Leadership
If you are reading this to learn about my professional background, my foundation was built in the armed forces. I had the immense honor of serving my country as an officer in the Bangladesh Navy, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During those years, I served in critical roles, including as a Gunnery Officer and a Principal Warfare Officer (PWO). The Navy taught me discipline, resilience, and the true weight of leadership.
My professional life has always been supported by a deep commitment to continuous learning. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). Over the years, I also completed postgraduate diplomas in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and Bank Management (PGDMBM).
Today, I bring those years of military strategy and academic learning to my role as the Head of Operations at BIOBUILD Development Ltd, while also working as a corporate trainer, guest speaker, and interviewer.

I am deeply proud of my military service. I am proud of my academic and corporate achievements. But if you strip away the uniform, the degrees, and the titles, there is something much more important underneath.
